Ancient city of Agra is situated in the banks of Yamuna River in the state of Uttar Pradesh in India. Agra was the capital of Mughal sovereigns during the period of 1526 to 1658. Mughal Empress Nur Jahan, Mughal Emperor Jahangir's Wife, built the Tomb in memory of her father Ghias-ud-Din Beg, who worked as chief minister to Emperor Jahangir. This small tomb is sometimes described as a jewel box due to its compact size. The layout, the white marble, design, latticework and many other elements used in building this tomb reminds of the Taj Mahal.

Jama Masjid:
Jama Masjid is a large mosque constructed in 1648 and attributed to Princess Jahanara Begum.

Chini Ka Rauza:
It is a monumental tomb notable for its dome blue glazed tiles.

Aaram Bagh:
It is India's oldest Mughal gardens, built by Emperor Babur in 1528.

Soami Bagh Samadh, Moti Masjid, Nagina Masjid, Shish Mahal, Akbar's Mausoleum are some other attractions in Agra.
