ITINERARY:

Day 01: Arrival in Delhi

Arrive at the Delhi airport, where our representative will be waiting to escort you to the hotel. Your tiredness will fly in seconds by the traditional welcome that you will be getting at the hotel's reception. Check in and relax amidst the world-class hotel facilities.

Day 02: Delhi

Post a healthy breakfast at the hotel head for a guided tour of the magical city of Old Delhi. Let the ancient monuments like the Jama Masjid , India's largest mosque, Raj Ghat , memorial dedicated to Mahatma Gandhi, Qutub Minar and India Gate enchant you during your Kanchenzonga Trail. Humayun's Tomb , Parliament House and the Presidential Palace are some other places of interest that are worth visiting during the Enchanting Golden Triangle Tour.


Day 03: Delhi - Mandawa

Begin the 3 rd day of your Classical Tour of North India with a 3-hour drive to Mandawa. Lying at the heart of Shekhavati, Mandawa is famous for its Havelis and traditional murals. Come get enchanted with the old-world charm of Mandawa. Later return to the hotel for an overnight stay in Mandawa.

Day 04: Mandawa - Khimsar

Have an early morning stroll through the small havelis and towns of Mandawa. Having breakfast then proceed for Khimsar at 1300 hours. Arrive at Khimsar, where our representative will be waiting to escort you to Welcome Heritage Khimsar Fort . Check in at the fort hotel that was built by Prince Karamsi in the 15 th century.
Day 05: Khimsar - Jaisalmer
Have a sumptuous breakfast at the hotel in Khimsar and then head for a 5-hour drive to Jaisalmer. Rest assure of watching some of the magnificent views on your arrival in Jaisalmer. After arriving in Jaisalmer, check in at the hotel and rest for the rest of the day.

Day 06: Jaisalmer

Post breakfast at the hotel, go for a sightseeing tour of the city. Do visit the beautiful golden sandstone structure called, Jaisalmer Fort . Palace of the Maharawal and Jain Temples are worth visiting during tour to Jaisalmer. Reserve your evening for a visit to the rustic Khurhi Village for a camel ride during sunset. Return to the hotel for an overnight stay in Jaisalmer.

Day 07: Jaisalmer - Jodhpur

Having a healthy breakfast at the hotel, head for a 5-hour drive to Jodhpur. On arrival, check in at the hotel and rest a while. Then go for a sightseeing tour and visit the majestic Mehrangarh Fort that awaits to welcome you with all its splendor and charm. Jaswant Thada and the Village Luni are also worth visiting during the Maharaja's - Castles and Palaces Tour.

Day 08: Jodhpur - Ranakpur - Kumbalgarh

Post breakfast, drive to visit the Jain Temples of Ranakpur. Then proceed on a 6-hour drive to Kumbalgarh, the majestic hilltop fort built by Maharana Kumbha in the 15 th century. Check in at Hotel Aodhi , built in to the mountainside. Have an overnight stay there.

Day 09: Kumbalgarh - Dungarpur

Begin the 9 th day with an early morning 5-hour drive to Dungarpur. Known for its elegant Sculptured Balconies, Dungarpur offers many palaces and mansions to visit. After arriving at Dundarpur, check in at Hotel Udai Bilas Palace and rest assured of having a soothing time amidst the impressive royal décor and comforts of the palace.

Day 10: Dungarpur - Udaipur

After a healthy breakfast at the hotel, go on for a sightseeing tour of Dungarpur, a small town dominated by the fascinating tribal traditions of the Bheel Tribe. Go for a round of the tribal markets and interact with the Bheels. Visit places like the Juna Mahal , Gaib Sagar Lake and Govt. Archaeological Museum. Having lunch in the afternoon go for a 2-hour drive to Udaipur.

Day 11: Udaipur

Begin the 11 th day of the Maharaja's - Castles and Palaces Tour with a sightseeing tour of the romantic city of Udaipur. Visit the City Palace and get enchanted with its beautiful mosaics and mirror works. Delight your senses with a visit at the Sahalion ki Bari , the garden made by the kings for the Maids of the Court. Jagat Temple , Lake Pichola and Jagmandir are some other places of interest in Udaipur.

Day 12: Udaipur - Jaipur

Morning transferred to airport to fly to Jaipur. On arrival, transferred to the in Jaipur, check in at the hotel and relax a while. Try exploring the colorful markets of the pink city in the evening. Visit the famous landmarks of Jaipur like City Palace, Hawa Mahal and the ancient observatory at Jantar Mantar. Return to the hotel for an overnight stay in Jaipur.

Day 13: Jaipur

Having a healthy breakfast at the hotel and move on for a sightseeing tour of the pink city. Amber Fort , City Palace and Museum , Jantar Mantar Observatory , Hawa Mahal , Birla Temple , Jaigarh Fort and Nahargarh Fort are places worth visiting during the Maharaja's - Castles and Palaces Tour. Return to the hotel for overnight stay in Jaipur.


Day 14: Jaipur - Fatehpur Sikri - Agra

After having a breakfast head for Agra, which is only a 6 hour drive from Jaipur. Agra. Do visit the ruined fort city of Fatehpur Sikri while you are on your way to Agra. Places like the Royal Palace , Panch Mahal , Jami Masjid and Buland Darwaza are worth visiting in Fatehpur Sikri. On arrival in Agra, check in at the hotel and relax for the day. Go and visit the ancient markets of Agra in the evening. It's needless to say that you must visit the beautiful Taj Mahal in Agra. Besides the Taj, places like Akbar's Tomb, Agra Fort and Itmad-Ud-Daulah's Tomb are worth visiting during the Maharaja's - Castles and Palaces.


Day 15: Agra - Delhi

Wake up early in the morning and watch out for the majestic Taj Mahal during sunrise. Gleaming with glory, Taj offers a treat to the visitors, who come to see it as the first sunrays of the day touches its surface. Then leave for Delhi enroute Sikandra to watch out for the famous Mausoleum of the Mughal Emperor Akbar . On arrival in Delhi, board the flight back home or for your onward journey.
